United Visual's audiovisual systems are designed and fabricated with all the quality and craftsmanship you would expect from a firm with over 60 years of leadership in the PRO AV industry.  But as with any electronic component, be it a "stand-alone" device or a state-of-the-art audio/visual system, proper maintenance and timely service is of paramount importance to each component.  Consequently United Visual has a number of service agreements available to protect and properly maintain your AV system.  Our services are designed to protect your investment, proactively identify potential and costly problems, and ultimately prolong the life of your system components.  A service agreement from United Visual will give you the peace of mind that your system will continue to work at optimum performance for years to come.

Pack Hour Program - United Visual Pre-Paid Service Agreement

United Visual's Pack Hour program is the most accepted and versatile service program we offer.  With Pack Hours, you have complete control over your service budget while receiving considerable cost savings off of the standard United Visual service rate.  Your organization will receive the highest level of priority service at our non-emergency rates.  The greater your initial investment in our Pack hour program, the greater your hourly discount.  Priority response time during normal business hours.

Your Pack hours may be used for any of your post system installation needs:

  • Emergency Service
  • Preventive Maintenance
  • System Training
  • Field Service
  • Depot Services

Pack Hours can also be used to purchase the necessary parts needed to get your system or equipment up and running.

PREMIUM PROTECTION PROGRAM (P3)

Our full-coverage, on-site service contract guarantees you a fixed cost for repairs and absolute top quality service.  It goes many steps beyond most service plans by including:

  • Six-hour emergency response during normal business hours - if not quicker.
  • 24/7/365 Telephonic Technical Support
  • Loaner equipment provided on an as available basis in the event that a component cannot be repaired within a timely fashion. (In most cases, we will have your system functional within 1-2 business days).
  • Quarterly preventive maintenance checks of all components, including applicable programming as designed and installed by United Visual.  Amount of preventive maintenance visits can be modified based on your specific requests.
  • All parts and labor for necessary repairs are included.  There are not budgetary surprises under this program.  The only additional costs would be for consumable items such as lamps and batteries.

Advantage Maintenance Program (AMP)

Like United Visual's Premium Protection Program, the AMP offers you terrific peace of mind. The AMP provides the very best in preventive maintenance service with added benefits such as loaner equipment on major components and top priority service at the non-emergency labor rates. If you are working on a limited budget, the AMP is the most budget friendly maintenance program we offer. Consult Erik Sover and ask about multiple room and multi-year discounts.

Benefits Include:

  • Top priority service response guaranteed Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm within 24 hours of your initial service request or sooner.
  • Front of the line service on all depot repairs performed at United Visual's Service Facility in Itasca, Illinois.
  • Annual or semi-annual preventive maintenance checks of all components installed by United Visual.  Your system components will receive a thorough cleaning, applicable alignments, and a thorough analysis of your audio/visual system components to prevent common service issues.
  • Loaner equipment will be provided on an as-need, as-available basis.  We will make sure that your important meetings are a go even if your system is down.
