Why
do you need summer service?
AV and video equipment
needs regular, professional maintenance to keep it running
properly and to extend equipment life. Our summer service
will save money and prevent breakdowns during the school
year as well reduce early lamp failures and the occurrence
of costly repairs in the future.

- Video and Data projectors require regular
cleaning to avoid voiding your
warranty and to insure proper cooling which
will extend the projector and lamp life, as well as
increase brightness to the original specifications.
The most common and costly
repairs could be avoided
with annual cleaning of the intake filters, fans,
panels and the entire ventilation path. (Yes, this applies
to DLP projectors as well, regardless of what you may
have heard).
- VCRs need cleaning, adjustment and lubrication
to keep dust and metal oxides from wearing down moving
parts
- Overhead projectors need regular cleaning and
lubrication to insure proper cooling which prevents
damage to the costly fresnel lens and extends motor
and lamp life.
- DVD, CD and Laserdisc players need cleaning,
optical, servo & tracking alignment to ensure accurate
optical transmission and to extend motor life.

Who
can take advantage of this offer?
Our preventive
maintenance program is directed toward educational institutions
in Northern Illinois. It is open to other areas of
the country, but shipping costs are likely to make it less
attractive. We are frequently asked by our business clients
if they can take advantage of these special prices. Yes, however there are

- An exceptional 6 month warranty! We warrant
all work performed, including all parts replaced (except
lamps) for a full six months from the start of school.
Of course, this excludes intermittent problems and
damage due to abuse or accident. The warranty period
starts the week of September 3rd. Below pricing
does not include parts. Some units may require more
extensive labor and could be subject to additional charges.
Estimate charges may apply on equipment requiring
extensive troubleshooting.
- Factory-authorized service center for Da-Lite,
Draper, Dukane, Eiki, Elmo, Epson data projectors, Laminex,
Mitsubishi projectors, Pioneer plasma, DVD and CD, Panasonic
(consumer and professional products), Sharp, Sony professional
products, and 3M data projectors and overheads. Authorization
for NEC projectors and plasma displays coming soon.
